The Great Barrier Reef, like so many natural "wonders", has been systematically exploited &, often, disregarded by those with no environmental conscience; but that is typical of many who don't care a proverbial jot.
Sadly, we can but try to highlight what sort of "legacy" we will be leaving our young & future generations. Thankfully, as recent actions prove, our young tend to be less tolerant of environmental abuses & bravo for that enlightenment.
