Those bloody dangerous immigrants … coming to our country with their dangerous ways … they’re going to take over …
FYI, these are among the people who built America, as photographed passing through Ellis Island. And unlike Europe today, they passed through by the millions. Quipped Robert Tracinski, “Clearly some dangerous characters. Shoulda kept 'em out.”
Clearly a bad lot who would ruin a country. Don’t you think their eyes are all too close together?

Pete, it is likely that none of your three featured immigrants were motivated by the thought of living in a state-provided apartment with ultrafast broadband internet and receiving generous welfare payment in perpetuity. I believe many among the hordes invading Europe (70% of whom are apparently young and middle aged males) have been lured by promises of living in a world where everything is provided for them on a plate and working for a living is optional. The stories of rioting among the asylum seekers appear to suggest that for many, the expectations of unlimited taxpayer-funded milk and honey are high. Interesting that so many are heading to Germany where the winters are so much colder than those in North Africa (or Greece for that matter).
You said to me a long time ago, Peter, that you cannot apply the principle drink Canada dry until you live in Canada. Thanks to you I really started taking a lot more notice of context. You need to start taking your own advice. America started as a blank canvas. There was little to loot and much to build. The current context is vastly different. There is a Hijra into Europe and it isn't in the slightest bit good for it.
