A brilliant but unwilling-to-be-named friend of mine had the following discussion with a Republican (!) opponent of the Dakota Access Pipeline.
Opponent: I’m against the Dakota Access Pipeline.
Friend: Why?
Opponent: Because I believe in respecting the sacred traditions of the area.
Friend: You realise that the sacred traditions you’re talking about include the belief that a certain dance
                  move elicits rain...
