And isn't it interesting how even the Hard Labour bloggers have been rather unamused about their Government, the one that's been Frankensteined together with a wish, a prayer and a load of messy promises. Jordan Carter is representative: "The Third Term begins - in an arrangement marked by constitutional innovations and odd people in odd places." And Roy at About Town says " Oh great, I should have voted National"! Good solid support there for these unique constitutional innovations.

Hah - I just blogged a very similar cataloguing of international reaction!
Well, say what you like, Peters has put NZ on the world stage!
Regardless of the odious Winston, no way will this put foreign investors off Peter. It is quite irrelevant to their risk.
Also, not matter how much Bollard talks his book the fact remains people make money from real estate - it leaves the sharemarket for dead. I was talking to someone from the RB last week and they are getting desperate about it.
Oh, well... I think I'm going to enjoy telling the smug Labour-adors to get used to calling shit pie delicious chocolate pudding. Been there, done that, and all I have is the scar inside my bottom lip.
