So sorry to read this, Peter.

The death of a much-loved mother is one of the saddest milestones in life.

Let us hope that the time soon comes where you are all able to celebrate that which she left behind.

Until then, I hope you have the support of loved ones around you.

Certainly you have well wishes from the deep south.

Hi Peter, my sympathies for your loss *hugs*

There are no words I can say which can make this any easier for you, my dear, and so (not being exactly well known for trite phrases) I won't.

I met your lady Mother in October 2008, drank her herbal tea(!), made polite conversation and she seemed a pleasant filly.

A way to look at the situation my dear is this: if your lady Mother were still alive she would not want you to be sad would she? certainly not on her account? absolutely not! she would want you to be happy! so instead of tears and grief, perhaps happiness and celebration are in order!

Anyway, my kindest regards to you and Carol.
