A 100 square metre house cuddling up to a Sausalito cliff with a view out to the sea, designed in 1959 by architect Violeta Autumn for herself.
It’s a small jewel James Bond could have lived in.
Or visited.

It looks to be beautifully built as well - a craftsman's work.

Yuk. A timber and concrete monster. Where's the Spanish white paint/?.
Do you have the publication date and page numbers and magazine of where this was published?
Do you have any of her other work?
Hi k. The Wright Chat site has the page numbers etc. and a good discussion.
I'm afraid this is the only house of hers I know about -- and a quick Google search reveals very little more, unfortunately.
Violeta was a master architect. She also designed Rutherford Hill in Napa County. It is unfortunate she is gone now.
