  4. Plunder has been the problem in a lot of countries, stating political issues. Few people who are in authorities use their power to take the goods that are not really for them. There are rules against plunder and the people in a country should be very diligent in watching over their rulers,or the people who are in the authorities. If you happen to have any fertility concerns, I found this site that may help.
