And now a word from John Adams . . .

adams

. . . who, of course, never had the misfortune to meet the folk from the National Party.

I don't understand the apparent disappointment at the English budget. The Nats are a pack of socialists and leftists, only a few inconsequential degrees less left than Labour. Who with a brain doesn't know that?

Why would anyone with the ability to think rationally expect anything any different?

Hope??

Pffft..

When have the Nats ever provided a milligram of real hope?

They do not seek change. They do not think in terms of liberty or capitalism or individuals or wealth creation. They are socialists and collectivists and tax thieves and regulators. Cheap ideological cowards with no plan other than seeking power, no principles and no ability to articulate them even if they had them.

NZ is awash in leftism. Each election is just a changing of the guard. NZers who seek real change will never get it unless they marshal enough strength to confront the true evil behind our predicament, and behind the predicament of almost every other western country.

Socialism.

Pretending its anything else is an exercise in utter futility.

Very true - we have to keep trying though.

OMG! - I agree with Redbaiter on something!

I think I need a lie down!

This has to be the single most worthwhile thing he has ever posted.

I look forward to agreeing with him more in the future, but I wont hold my breath

he is right though.

Unfortunately this situation will never change as long as the government control the education system
