You're dead right in your conclusion: Churchill's reputation deserves to be taken down a peg or two but Raico's inconsistent scattergun approach riddled with inconsistencies is not the way to do it.
It doesn't do the job it purports to do, and it demeans the scholarship of the genuine Mises Institute scholars.
Scenario is that he did what all the experts told him to do and ended up doomed. I liked his last comment regarding following instructions. That was too good. How many people in reality did likewise?
