I can't believe the difference.
The police there praised the homeowner for helping them apprehend the criminals and said he was well within his rights.
Here the police would have charged the homeowner with whatever charges they could think up, before warning others not to do anything to defend themselves or their property.
Newsflash. Maori party concerned about cops flashing guns around in eastern BOP.
