A golden cocktail
Think some of the Beer O'Clock recommendations here recently have been expensive? Then consider this, Ireland's most expensive cocktail, "priced at a sobering €500 (NZ$1,009)." The 'Minted' cocktail -- a vanilla and chocolate Martini on sale at the Mint Bar in central Dublin's Westin Hotel -- includes vanilla-infused vodka, 200-year-old cognac and flakes of 23-carat gold. The drink comes in a designer crystal glass with chocolate truffles served on the side.Careful with that gold card.

Anyone who uses 200 year old cognac in a cocktail needs to be shot with a ball of their own shit!
Bugger the cognac .. you don't drink gold .. you bloody well wear it!
