Sorry, I've no idea at all. Great Buildings Online might be your best bet, but it would be very much an outside chance.

Laura, I don't know about a CAD model, but ... The Architecture & Design Collection (ADC) in the University Art Museum at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) holds an extensive archive on R.M. I don't know if you are still interested in this house, but my wife and I were the last people to live in it before they tore it down. We lived in it from 1997 thru 2002.
