Sorry, I've no idea at all. Great Buildings Online might be your best bet, but it would be very much an outside chance.
Laura, I don't know about a CAD model, but ... The Architecture & Design Collection (ADC) in the University Art Museum at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) holds an extensive archive on R.M. Schindler including architectural drawings, photographs and manuscripts. To access specific holdings within the archive, please contact the collection directly.
