Girl with a Pearl Earring


Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring, begun all the way back in 1665, and completed a year later, just two years before England's Glorious Revolution and Bill of Rights of 1688. This is the art of the Enlightenment.

and this is art, beauty at once. Like she is turning towards the Enlightenment as it starts flickering, a bright face for a new age.

Mmm, noticed the film at the vidio store last week.

'Screenography' is doing fine these days. Of course it looks good, of course it's shot good. But is it good?
