"And there it is," says Mark Coppock.
"I knew it was coming, but even I didn't expect Trump to literally order it by fiat -- he will sign an executive order to override the 14th Amendment. But no, he doesn't want to be a dictator."
But no, he's pro-freedom, pro-capitalism, pro-America. He's going to end the administrative state ...
But no, they should just come in "legally" ...
But me no buts: When someone tells you who they are, believe them.

The author of this is an example of a stage 3 case of Trump derangement syndrome. There is hope though. It hasn't quite got to stage 4.

First of all, I didn't believe it when I was told there was a mental virus going around the sickened state of New Zealand. It attacks know-all libertarians and turns them into know-all progressives. No wonder Perigo got out of the local hermetically sealed belief system. Not surprising really, it happened to Farrar years ago. Try not to be so arrogant and intellectually superior on your isolated little island. there is a cure > it takes 30 days > don't worry I will guide you through; although I doubt there's any cure for Hubbard in the old people's home. > here >https://www.bitchute.com/video/QpjaIZWhKOYn
It's illustrative that neither of you wish to explain how you can have mass deportations of up to 11m people while maintaining a small government, or any modicum of freedom. Or care to.
This is not true. If you read his actual policy (here: https://www.donaldjtrump.com/news/8b147aa4-100c-4154-ade4-6a758a1d42f0), he is proposing an executive order based on a judicial interpretation of the "subject to the jurisdiction" clause of the 14th Amendment. If he is wrong, the Supreme Court will soon overturn it. That doesn't make him a dictator, and using such hyperbolic language to describe Trump is exactly why the majority of the US electorate have just discounted most of the objections to him and re-elected him.
I happen to support open immigration, but I also think it is incompatible with a generous welfare state and much other indiscriminate government spending. I think trying to stop immigration without tackling the latter issues is futile.
Peter Cresswell is being rude and not honest with his comment. Notice how this scoundrel does not ask for any elaboration or clarification. Instead of that he smears, accuses and attempts to mislead with a gotcha statement. Coward.

Yes, you are correct about 47's actual policy.
Meanwhile 47 did make an undertaking to expel all the illegals and the citizens* of the United States of America did support that. 47 will need to do as the people he represents require he do. That means illegals are out. It would be easy enough. First step is that anyone who is detected by the authorities is immediately shipped. Second is to cease all the Federal monetary support for illegals (save for shipping out expenses). Third is to cease all Federal monetary support for NGOs. That's a start. There are plenty of steps that can be taken. Many of them are convenient, cheap and effective.
The general idea is to make the illegals want to depart fast because it isn't a hospitable place to stay. Take a look at the Australians. They were able to all but stop the flow of illegals into their mighty land. It would have been down to absolute zero had the government not changed and softened their stance some. Same deal in Hungary. If you are not there legally they do not want you to stay. Their idea is to make it unpleasant enough so that you'll depart their land on your own accord. It isn't nice, but breaking into other peoples' homeland isn't nice either.

*the people who are actually entitled to vote in their country.
I forgot to mention the land of New Zealand. It is the same there. If you are an illegal you are not allowed to be there. Look at Japan, hardly a dictatorship. Try staying there illegally. Want to guess what they do with illegals? How about the Russian Federation? They are processing several million immigrants from the European Union alone seeking residency. Latest news is that this includes over a million Germans who have applied to become residents of the Russian Federation with a pathway to full citizenship. There are Africans, Asians and people from all over the World wanting to get residency in the Russian Federation. These are all people doing it the right way. They are outside the country when they make their application. They wait for approval BEFORE they enter the country. The rules are humane and generous. Nevertheless illegals are strictly not tolerated. Get caught and its spend some prison time and then get shipped out. This is how it should be. You do not come into someone else's country illegally and uninvited.

I'd suggest you block these wankers from being able to comment on your blog Pete. Not because they have a different view, and not just anyone that supports Trump - but the most irrational and rabid ones who repeatedly demonstrate their inability to even address what the other person is saying. Trump Derangement Syndrome as projection, indeed.
And now the acolyte comes.
MarkT, you didn't even make an argument. It's straight to the totalitarian approach with you. Ban disagreement.
Why are you frightened of a debate? Can't you have one? Let's have a robust debate where alternative views can be stated, examined to check they are understood properly and then tested with questions asked, issues raised, challenges overcome and conformance to reality established.
Start by stating your position and then see whether it is defensible. If it isn't, then it is wrong. Then you would have to start working out what the truth might be. That would mean listening to people you dislike or don't agree with. They may not have it all right all the time, but sometimes they might be on the correct path. Then you could start digging further to see what the truth actually might be.
On the other hand you might discover that your position is correct. By having it tested, overcoming all the objections and surviving intact, confirmed as corresponding to reality you would demonstrate that for that topic you are spot on, dead right. You would be in possession of the truth and others could learn about it direct from you.
If you can't do any of that then what exactly is it you have?
Let's have a debate and argue our respective positions.

Libertarians with cognitive dizziness . You might have heard of Ron Paul before the know all codition got you. [ but not Perigo ] Well Ron Paul will be will be part of the Government with Elon Musk He doesn't have your condition . Naturally you won't have seen this on your TV sets there in time warp 1986 New Zealand. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fVoiSrFVW_4
@Henry J calls for a debate, but hasn't bothered to join one. He's yet to explain, for example, how you can have mass deportations of up to 11m people while maintaining a small government, or any modicum of freedom.
But I'd expect that of someone about whom the only thing he can find to call people yearning to breathe free is "illegals."
To paraphrase James Kilbourne: "God damn you if the only two words you can find to put together when talking about people who leave their homelands to seek a better life for themselves and their families are “illegals.”
"God damn you if you think that an American has a right to earn a living, but a Mexican doesn’t.
"God damn everyone who said the Alfredos of the world have no right to be in the United States. Alfredo provides services in the health field. May all the services you take for granted cease immediately. Find your own health care. Wash your own dishes. Clean your own houses. Pick your own goddamned fruit.
"God damn you if you have anything to do with that hundreds-year-old cesspool of a corrupt government in Mexico that kills its people’s dreams and forces its best and brightest to flee their borders to feed their families.
"God damn you for every collectivist bromide you’ve regurgitated while people wallow in poverty.
"And God damn everyone who can think no more deeply than to dismiss the immigration problem by saying, “the law is the law.” Fix the goddamned law."
God damn you, and don't do it here. I won't have it.
Amen.
