Free trade agreements allow freer trade. I don't know why so many libertarians struggle with this. The only explanation I can think of is that they don't take account of the current context, just like your other commenter trying to link slavery and capitalism. If you think of free trade agreements as putting some (albeit imperfect) limits on what the state can do in restricting trade, the issue becomes a lot clearer.
