I think its does matter who is in government and find those who treat governance like a game to be watched and enjoyed annoying. There will be real consequences for NZ with this cobbled together shambles running things although I think National have finally paid for slipping away from their core values over the years. I thought it was appropriate that Hosking interviewed Klarkula today - she's back with idle hands and that is worrying. Anyway, now that we have a communist in charge I'm going to buy toilet paper.

I agree with you that it does matter who is in government. It shouldn't, but it does. What I do find annoying however is those who foster the illusion that there is any practical difference between the blue and red teams.
