Maybe, maybe not. This is a question that we have opinions about in accordance with our belief systems but no direct knowledge of. These unknowns make life interesting for many.

A computer that can imagine fairy stories and experience fear... what a strange device.

Brain computer is also dependent on other outside components being ok. Eg liver. Black Livers matter.
