Quote of the Day: On supporting Gary Johnson

“My support of Gary Johnson despite myriad flaws is not out of enthusiasm for Johnson but out of despair at the alternatives. In a decent country, Johnson would be easily and obviously disqualified. Alas, [I] live in America in 2016.”

Clicking on the "Gary Johnson" label on that post gives me no other opinion from this blog but positive endorsement. Other than forgetting a city name, what's he now done to make him seem like a distasteful option? I feel like I've missed something.

Clinton is a crooked serial liar with more scandals to her name than shoes.
Trump is an egomaniac who dog whistles to racists and scams people out of their life savings.
Castle is conspiracy theorist who believes vaccines cause autism and they faked the moon landing.
Stein is a conspiracy theorist who believes Bush caused 9-11.
But Johnson... (Scratches head)…flubbed the Aleppo question. What an idiot!

I can’t help but recall a line from that old Sesame Street song.

“One of these things is not like the other.”

I'm just grateful to see the word myriad properly used as an adjective rather than a noun.
