Stand-up Capitalism

It really is all about morality, you know.

How you vote, how you live, why you visit the mall…

Fuck yeah, morality...

I'm suggesting that we start bringing this war to the civilians, the consequences of this war, to the civilians who are harboring and helping and supporting the insurgents in Fallujah and other places. ... I would like to see the United States turn Fallujah into dust, and tell the Iraqis: If you’re going to continue to support the insurgents you will not have homes, you will not have schools, you will not have mosques ...

Not exactly on the morality of capitalism, Mark, so we're about to go off-topic here.

Because you've not given the context, which was an embedded journalist who reported the shooting by insurgents of previously disarmed Iraqi soldiers in Fallujah--which as Yaron pointed out could ONLY happen with the support of civilians who harboured and supported the insurgents.

So you'd be happy to endorse the policy of executing partisans for killing the Milice collaborators.

Obviously carpet bombing every man, woman and child would be the correct thing to do morally and strategically. It would foster sympathy and support for the US both locally and internationally and would end terrorism practically overnight

@Ross, you're both off-topic and wrong. And probably an idiot to boot.

@Mark: No.
