In case you weren’t already aware, with the decision overnight by the US Supreme Court to not strike down ObamaCare as unconstitutional—despite even its own own advocates being unable to show how it could be—it’s now clearly evident that, as a Constitutional Republic, the United States of America is now extinct.
America, qua Land of the Free and Home of the Brave, just died. Qua travesty thereof, good riddance. Cowards and cretins—now a majority of Americans—don't deserve the liberty that has just been definitively removed from them. They don't deserve the freedom they won't miss.
Even without the Supreme Court's thoroughly anti-American decision on Obamacare today, the Founding Fathers would scarcely recognize the semi-police state that their republic has become…

Whether this is repealed if Romney is elected is not important. What is important, as you point out, is that the Supreme Court of the United States has made it clear that any breach of individual rights by the government can be found to be constitutional. The judicial safeguards that the framers of the United States put in place now no longer exist.
It also provides a good example why any breach of individual rights should be opposed. The Court held that this was a tax. As such, the Republicans (and almost all US citizens) cannot complain, since that advocate tax (or legalised theft) as a matter of principle. If they opposed tax as a matter of principle, then we may not even be at this point, and if we were, then they could still make an argument that had solid foundations.

Obama lies
Since you breathe we are imposing a "breath tax", the government will waive this tax if you buy cans of air from a government mandated company.
According to SCOTUS the above is a "constitutional tax".
*Mind boggles*
Methinks this is grossly over-pessimistic. The battle is not over, it's just begun....

Seems a bit overblown to say USA "JUST" died. Surely this is just another small death that has been going on for decades.
Alphabet soup govt depts; miles and miles of prohibiting legislation; farm subsidies; social security ...

Oh who cares!!!!! America has never been the shining white knight of freedom you think it is, it's always worked better in theory than it ever did in practice and at the end of the day it's just another country.
It has to manage it's own issues for it's own benefits, not so foreign libertarian fanatics can live vicariously through it.
R.I.P America?? FFS......
I have to do my homework on this thing. The health care seems like a social tax in texture although not in legislation.
Any way it does not matter, there is no possibility of a Republican president. People all over the world are sick of rich people.
We are going to fuck these bankers, and we are going to fuck them very hard, very hard indeed, bend here banker
Did Obama not see the irony in his "wealthiest Nation..." speech?
