Kinetower, by Kinetura

If you like your tall buildings to come with everything that open and shuts … then this one’s for you.

The Kinetower is Kinetura's concept for a building whose fa├žade elements responds to the sunlight or for the user inside.

  1. beautiful building building but metal or plastic fatigue will mean the building's maintenance budget will have to be in the order of 20% within a very short period

  2. I wonder how much some poor person (or probably more likely taxpayer) would need to pay for this ridiculous architects' wet dream.
