McDonald's ObamaCare Waiver Violates Rule of Law

It begins:

In a blatantly unconstitutional move, the Feds have let McDonald’s off the hook from some of ObamaCare’s requirements. This violation of the Equal Protection clause is just one more reminder, as if we needed it, that D.C. is now completely ignoring the rule of law and deciding issues based on political pressure and pull.
