Why Tim? If he's right to oppose anti discrimination laws in the sphere of commerce (prohibiting a prohibition on negroes at the lunch counter for example) he's right. Unless he's ashamed of his position and needs to hide behind weasel words and ummmm evasion.

Discrimination has become a dysphemism for choice and ironically enough, choice has become a euphemism for coercion (antitrust, for example)
