Quote of the day: Guess who?

Said last night, apparently oblivious to the irony:

"I'm a free spirit and don't like people telling me how to live my life. I would never accept a government telling me how much water to have through a shower."

Guess who?

Was it Dear Leader by any chance?

I wondered whether it might be Dear Leader because in an interview she once said, having been asked about people who complain about the Nanny State and Labour trying to run their lives:

"I stand for the maximum possible freedom of people ... I am someone personally who likes to be left free to live my life."

Yeah right!

She should have stopped at "left", Richard.

Did anyone notice her qualification? She talked about what she liked and wanted for herself, not what she provides for others.

this is bloody outrageous!
How does she have the GALL to say something like that?

This is the antithesis of what she stands for and what she FORCES upon everybody else.

My vocabulary does not contain enough adjectives to aptly describe my revulsion at such a statement from the likes of her. eeeeuuuuuuccchhhh!
