There has been so little thought from the government. They want a decision in mere days for spending a billion dollars. That goes to show how little respect they have for money, New Zealanders and culture. What a splendid opportunity this would have been to give New Zealand architects the opportunity to utilise that unique innovation and creativity, that New Zealanders are renown for.
On the other hand, is the government really serious in thinking that they can actually fill this stadium after the world cup?
