My first post this morning is by way a comment at DPF's on the source of the problems with leaky homes, and some of the myths that have been fomenting around the problem. The first myth is that the building industry was "deregulated" in 1991 ...That's a sample on the right of some of the paperwork that accompanied the 1991 'deregulation.' The new bureaucracy was of a similar size.
