Stupidest headline of the season award

The prize for the stupidest headline of the Christmas season surely has to to go to the Herald: "Police expect drunken holiday season" screams the headline.

Full marks to both the police and the Herald for the screamingly bloody obvious. They've just described my own plans for the next few weeks.

    But in the overall scheme of things you will find it hard to beat "Man who molested rabbits had mental health problems".

We welcome thoughtful disagreement.
But we do (ir)regularly moderate comments -- and we *will* delete any with insulting or abusive language. Or if they're just inane or off topic. It’s okay to disagree, but pretend you’re having a drink in the living room with the person you’re disagreeing with. This includes me.
