To be fair, Hamilton isn't totally bereft of good things. Here's a sneak preview of a pretty exciting house going up there -- yes, it's one of mine.(This is turning into a bit of a photoblog this afternoon -- if only I had TinCanMan's dexterity with laying out all the pics.)
