Theo van Gogh, (1957-2004)

Three years ago today Dutch film-maker Theo van Gogh was murdered by jihadist Mohammed Bouyeri for the 'sin' of pointing out that fundamentalist Islam was on the march using "moderate muslims" as a shield and a disguise.
