Bill English was talking about bringing in legislation so farmers could only sell blocks, I think, was about 40 hectares or bigger. I don't know if he brought in this legislation or not. Again we see the gov't wanting to restrict the amount of land that could be used for housing but worse actively seeking to violate private property rights.
