What w...Here is another random question for you...<br /><br />What would make New Zealand a credible, well respected international power (who suddenly finds free trade agreement negotiations surprisingly easy) and is listened to when it speaks; is it -<br /><br />1. A seat on the UN Security Council<br />2.
