We welcome thoughtful disagreement.
But we do (ir)regularly moderate comments -- and we *will* delete any with insulting or abusive language. Or if they're just inane or off topic. It’s okay to disagree, but pretend you’re having a drink in the living room with the person you’re disagreeing with. This includes me.
PS: Have the honesty and courage to use your real name. That gives added weight to any opinion.
But it's not a great comparison. If there's insufficient carparks on your property, you park on the street. That has an impact on 3rd parties, such as there being no room outside your house for visitors, customers unable to park outside businesses, and on narrower streets limitations on traffic flow. If you have to wait to use a bathroom, most wouldn't resort to doing your business on the street.
ReplyDeleteExcept that they do. See India, San Francisco, and some cities in South America. San Francisco is a particularly relevant example given your comment (India is more of a cultural thing, and an example of why not all cultural differences should be respected).
