Happy Christmas

My favourite Christmas song, performed by my favourite…oh, shite, why don’t I just let you hear it.

This is great.  “Fairytale Of New York.” Sung by Christy Moore with all the passion and accuracy it demands.

Enjoy.
And Happy Christmas.

  4. Ah, great song, but much as I like Christy Moore, the original The Pogues/Kirsty MacColl version is the best by far.

Slainte, PC, and thanks for an entertaining and informative blog this year.

F***ing fabulous! I will never forget seeing him live at the Royal Albert Hall.

    Thank you for that.

We welcome thoughtful disagreement.
But we do (ir)regularly moderate comments -- and we *will* delete any with insulting or abusive language. Or if they're just inane or off topic. It’s okay to disagree, but pretend you’re having a drink in the living room with the person you’re disagreeing with. This includes me.
PS: Have the honesty and courage to use your real name. That gives added weight to any opinion.
