    It's not meant to be taken literally anon. It refers to any manufacturers of dairy products.

    The Dunedin Farmers Market used to (and may still) echo to the sound of the owner of Evansdale Cheese belting out the Sunday School classic "What a Friend we have in Cheeses".

    Entirely coincidentally, the cheese factory is in the buildings of the old Cherry Farm mental hospital.
