The main issue of the Trump lawsuits is not the accusation of fraud but the accusation that the states violated their own laws. Regardless of fraud, it seems that the election was corrupt and not handled legally in at least four states. This is a serious legal\/constitutional issue which goes far beyond Donald Trump. \u003Cbr \/\u003EThat said, I watched several hours of testimony before the Georgia legislature. Some of the presentations were convincing. I don’t understand how anyone could watch this and not conclude that there were massive problems with the election, either massive fraud or something which looks much like it. At least I cannot think of an explanation which is consistent with a valid election and no one has yet offered a believable explanation.  \u003Cbr \/\u003EIn Michigan and other states, rather unbelievable spikes of Biden votes did occur in some vote dumps, accompanied by strange decreasing Trump to Jorgenson vote ratios which were not reflected in vote dumps of the more believable Biden spikes. Again, I cannot think of an explanation which does not make me deeply uncomfortable with the election results. \u003Cbr \/\u003EOn another topic, I strongly suspect (and there is some evidence now from Facebook and Twitter accounts) that the Capital riots were preplanned and would have occurred no matter what Trump said.
