Your have got the received word miles away from the source. <br /><br />I have always thought that Jefferson was inspired by the endless landscape he viewed atop Monticello - endless freedom.<br /><br />Who would have thought that these United States would have lost sight of his view and his care for our "inalienable rights." Unfortunately the the current occupant of 1600 PA Ave is lost in a socialist dream - a view he hopes will attract the huddled masses to these shores who, in gratitude for his beneficence, will vote for him whether registered or not. After all, endless things are possible in the USA for both legal and illegal new arrivals. Of course, my own views posited here are considered racist.
