"ICE is Trump's Gestapo or SS. They have no proper function, no constitutional authorisation, and are loyal to Trump personally. ... (My use of 'Gestapo' is figurative. Literally, ICE is the transition to that kind of evil agency.) ...
"In Minneapolis on Wednesday, an ICE agent murdered a woman in her car. ... Trump’s goon squad, created out of xenophobia, shot a non-violent protestor three times in the face, killing her. ...
"The next day another shooting by federal border patrol agents (not ICE) occurred in Portland. ...
"Trump has claimed that the [murdered] victim was part of a 'far Left' network. Even if true, which I've heard no evidence to support, how does that justify killing her? If far Left organisations are protesting ICE and deportations, good for them.
"The two young people shot in Portland were not killed and are in the hospital. The Trump line is that they were part of a criminal drug gang and were here illegally. Drug gangs exist only because of the drug Prohibition. There are no Gatorade gangs, no chocolate bar cartels. Why not? Because these things are not illegalised and their prices are such as earn an average rate of profit. ...
"The [American] public's wrong view of immigrants and wrong ideas regarding drugs are enabling a power-mad low-life to change America into a police state.
"The public's wrong view could not have happened without the destruction of the concept of individual rights. ..."~ Harry Binswanger from his post 'Trump’s Gestapo is now murdering protestors'

I think any strong opinion expressing certainty on the Good incident is premature, and likely swayed by your politics. That goes for both a conclusion they were defending themselves, and a conclusion they were murderers. Watching a series of grainy and possibly out of context video clips is not enough to either convict or acquit them.
As Harry (in the full post) and others have stressed, you don't need to rely on grainy and possibly out of context video clips. Law enforcement training, for example, tells an officer not to stand in front of a car. Not to demand entry without a warrant. And to not be masked.
But the ICE goons are not law enforcement. They have a limited scope of authority, and may only legally act either to detain someone suspected with probable cause of being in the US illegally., or n support of a signed warrant.
"They cannot just pull anyone over for a traffic violation or because their car is in a place they don't want it. They have NO authority to pull people over for ANYTHING other than immigration enforcement- and even then that involves probable cause, such as a known vehicle of someone they have been tracking, or a warrant. On very rare occasions they have the legal authority to pull someone over if they are threatening the lives of others, but that was not happening in this case.
"They do not have the training nor the authority to pull ANYONE else over. They cannot arrest legal citizens. They cannot detain legal citizens w/o probable cause to believe they might not be legal. They have ZERO authority to be attempting to force entry into a vehicle- without even identifying themselves, without a warrant, without exigent circumstances such as a life being directly threatened- that is trying to drive down the street w/o probable cause in relation to IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT.
"This ENTIRE situation in Minnesota was outside of the scope of legal authority from the get go."
What the ICE goons are doing is neither legal, nor is their means of thuggery legally supportable. But it is supported by a president and vice-president who actually want to have masked goons roving about the countryside attacking people. The key is that they are THEIR masked goons.
This, and likely other tragic deaths in future, was entirely predictable. You don't need to examine the minutiae of grainy videos to see that.
PC - You're focusing on the broader political issue - whether ICE has too much power, or exercising their power inappropriately. On that point you're very convincing, and I don't disagree.
But it's not the same issue as whether the individual who shot her is a murderer - which relates to what exactly happened in those few minutes leading up to her death, and whether his life was (or he had justified reason to believe was) under threat.
Minneapolis Is Not Even A Close Call --A Lawsplainer On Officer-Involved Shootings. Complete with the actual laws and cases from the past.
Also see this Leftist veteran protestor explain how to protest and avoid Good's fate. What he misses is that the Far Left groups behind her need victims.

That's predictable. As I said earlier, both sides are jumping to polarised conclusions - based on political allegiances. Let the all the relevant facts emerge first.
I don't recall the Gestapo - or the Stasi or KGB or NKVD - having to do this for their members:
Speaking on Will Cain Country, Homan said ICE agent Jonathan Ross has been forced out of public view as activists circulate his photograph, personal information, and even "wanted for murder" posters online, accompanied by what Homan described as explicit death threats.
Homan said Ross is remaining out of sight while investigations into the shooting continue, stressing that facts -- not political pressure -- should determine the outcome.
"I know for a fact now he has to be in hiding," Homan said, confirming that the threats extend to Ross's family as well.
In fact I'm fairly sure, read it in history books even, that those groups hunted down and killed anybody making threats against their staff.
Sigh, once again Trump disappoints in being Hitler.
